I am 35 and have been married to Jeff for almost 10 years. Besides our angel Nathaniel, we have a 8 year old Emma. Emma was diagnosed with Neuroblastoma, a childhood cancer when she was 2 years old. She also has an autoimmune disease called Opsoclonus Myoclonus Syndrome. Emma has been off of chemo for almost 2 years and is soing well. Isabel is our fiesty 4 year old. She came into this world 9 weeks early but has refused to let that slow her down. Our girls are amazing.
Tell a little about the person lost...
My son Nathaniel was 15 months old. He spent a lot of his life at Childrens Hospital in Omaha NE. He was born with AVSD a congenital heart defect. He had his first heart surgery at 3 weeks old and rib seperation surgery at 7 weeks old. Check out hi swebpage for his first year video and to read more about our sweet Naters.
I will update soon as I just joined here. In the meantime feel free to check out Nathaniel's and our family's public website at www.carepages.com Nathanielmiller is the page name.

Hi Shelli, hope you are doing OK - I was only thinking of you yesterday and wondering how you were - must be an Angel connection LOL How are the girls doing?? Love to you and your Angel Naters xx
Thank you everyone! I feel so welcomed and so blessed to have found this site. I'm hoping to have time tomorrow to checkout your pages and post to each of you. Thanks again.
Love Shelli
Very sad to hear of you loss, had to be such a weight on your heart. God has him now for what ever reason, but you will know some day. You can be asured that his spirit energy is all around you and he is happy and loving you even though you can't touch him. May I suggest a book that has helped me, "The Secret" by Rhonda Byrne. Very short book but very strong in content. Sincerely Glen
Hi shelli - this is the conversation I had with your darling Nathaniel.
Hello. Can you please tell my mummy that I love her and miss her. I sit on her bed every night. I listen to her talking to me. I put my arms around her neck.
I watch over my sisters and play with them.
I asked him if he has gone to a beautiful place.
Yes - it is a very happy place. Tell mummy not to cry coz I am still with her all the time.
Then he thanked me. What a beautiful and precious little man.
I am sure that if you were to hold your hands up at night, and ask him to hold your hand, you will feel a gentle breeze across your hands, or perhaps you will feel warmth when he touches you.
Kindest regards, Peta
Hi Shelli welcome to our group though I am sorry you have a reason to be here. I'm so glad to see your daughter Emma is doing well, my daughter Meshael was diagnosed with Fanconi Anaemia when she was 5 years old, sadly she passed over and became an Angel just before her 15th birthday. I look forward to getting to know you and I'm just going to go visit Nathaniel. Speak soon

"I am so very sorry for your loss." No matter how heartfelt they are intended. those words can feel trite or cliché... that is the problem with expressing sympathy with just words...they do not seem like they would be enough. We mean the best....but those words don't seem to be enough.
That is why I wanted to create this site. I think that over time....with words, prayers, photos, video, and heartfelt emotions....we can all express what we truly feel to each other....
We want to share that life is precious, that time goes too fast, and that we don't feel like we have nearly enough time to be with those we love. And when one of those people leave this world.... we wonder just how can we possibly get along with out them?
It is my prayer that not only can you find a way to remember those lost....but that, in their honor, you can find a way to keep making life precious.
This is your site. Feel free to explore at your own pace.... and contribute as you feel is best.
I am here to help you in any way possible. If you have any questions at all...please let me know.
My heart and prayers are with you. I know how hard it is to loose a child. When you get a chance, check out Gail's page and her blogs. She has posted some very beautiful and heartlifting poems and insights on her page. God bless you and hold you close now and always.
