About Me:: My name is Dhackshini, living in Melbourne Australia. My husband Steve and I have had 3 loses (son Jacob at 13.5 months, a miscarriage at 9 weeks and a stillbirth at 22 weeks). I facilitate a support group for Christian women in Melbourne.

Tell a little about the person lost...: We have had 3 loses (son Jacob at 13.5 months, a miscarriage at 9 weeks and a stillbirth at 22 weeks - Caleb). its been a tough road but God has been ever faithful and have picked us up time and time again. His grace is awesome and we are forever thankful to God forthe people He has placed in our life.

The pain of losing one child was tremendous I cannot imagine how you have endured so much heartbreak. But I do know that we all learn and grow from the pain we suffer. My daughter died just two days off her 15th birthday, almost seven years ago. I have taken all I learned from her to look after foster children and hopefully make a difference to their lives. I know Meshael smiles down on me from heaven and I know that one day we will be reunited.

At 7:36pm on March 9th, 2008, Teresa Avent said…: I know how you feel. I lost my three year old 11/25/2006. I had a miscarrige about three months after. I didn't feel anything because of the pain for my babyboy LJ. There will never be another LJ.
