Tell a little about the person lost...: My children's dad passed away on the 21st August 2005 due to a heart attack. He was 43 years of aged. We still miss him so much.
He was my best friend and life without him is hard. I knew him 24 years.
We seperated when my daughter was small, but that didn't stop us from enjoying each other's company. Years later we got back together for a short time.

I just want you to know that I know my pain when I have it, but not your. That is a reality. I do not know what is to lose a person as close as your one. But I think is something like to lose something from inside. How you can fill that empiyness? That is the issue. No one can do it, but you. At least you said that If you want to hear from God you go a church or read the Bible. Let me tell you something. That is very important but also there are others helps, like Psicotherapist, Pastoral care, books related with your problem, a nice friend you can trust, games, movies, conversation with others aditional to us, play with your children, go togheter to see a good movie. Have you ever go with your children to a picnic alone? Go to a nice shore when the sun is going down. Think in your love one. Cry, screem and say thank you my dear for the best time we went togheter. For our children. For your life and my liffe.
As I told you before I am not an English speaker. That means you have to excuse my English language.
I am sorry but my wife and I will be praying for you.

I want a place where I can share my thoughts and feelings, almost like a healing diary, The grieving process is a personal one.I have joined this site to share my thoughts and meet people who are in my position so that we can heal on our journey through grief, some of us are further on in that process. If I am maybe I will be able to offer advice to others.
If I want God messages I will go to church or read my Bible x
